Website Conditions - Owners 1. marinadorapartments.com is a service to help you find rental clients for your holiday home. We are not involved in any way with property management, maintenance or are responsible for the condition or readiness to rent of your apartment. You will have a direct agreement with the client and we take no reponsibility for the handing over of keys, deposits or the suitability of clients. You should ensure that your apartment is suitably prepared and your insurance covers damage by holiday rentals. - You will then be put in contact with the apartment owner directly
- Agree the details of your booking and price with the owner directly and then pay a 30% deposit to the owner to confirm reservation
- The apartment owner will confirm receipt of the deposit and send further details regarding check in, check out
How does it work - Owners?- We will contact you with any preliminary enquiries for which your apartment would be suitable
- If a client then decides that your apartment is of interest and the price and conditions have been agreed upon, we will put you in touch with the client in order to confirm everything and when confirmed for you to take a reservation deposit
- On taking the deposit, you will then make a payment to marinadorapartments.com for 10% of the agreed rental price
- You are then responsible for further communication with the renter to ensure they have all information needed regarding check in and check out etc. We take no responsibility for management or suitability of your apartment.
General InformationNote: This may vary in detail from apartment to apartment, but is generally valid for most rentals A damage deposit of 150 Euro must also be paid, either before arrival or in cash on arrivalOn return of the key and following inspection of the apartment, the damage deposit will be returned within 14 days by direct bank transfer.Handover of keys is usually done between 14:00 and 20:00 hours.
